Recipe for Gossip in a Cup

Take advantage of gossip, seasonal fruit, and prepare this delicious dessert.

Ingredients

• 1 cup (tea) tangerine juice
• 1 tablespoon of gossip shavings
• 1 cup (tea) cream
• 1 cup (tea) condensed milk
• 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
• Crumbled cake (optional)
• Gossip segments to decorate

Preparation Mode

1. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions.
2. In a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk, juice, zest and prepared gelatin.
3. Divide the mixture into glasses, interspersed with the cake.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. Remove and decorate with the tangerine wedges.
6. Serve immediately.
