Maria-mole

Ingredients

  • 1 box of maria-mole
  • 1 cup (tea) grated coconut
  • Oil for greasing

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a medium ovenproof dish with oil, set aside.
  2. Prepare the maria-mole according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the mixture into the refractory and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until it hardens.
  4. Cut the maria-mole and pass each piece through grated coconut.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, place the mixture in a pastry bag, with a nozzle of your choice, and shape into a maria-mole.

You can use burnt grated coconut.

Pede de moleque with chocolate

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of peanuts
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • margarine spread

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over low heat, mix the sugar and peanuts.
  2. Let the sugar melt and caramelize.
  3. Remove from heat and add the other ingredients.
  4. Return to low heat, stirring constantly and cook until it no longer sticks to the pan.
  5. Pour onto greased stone, spreading. Let cool.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Mom Tips

Do not use chocolate.

Approximate yield of 30 servings.
