Very easy to make and delicious, this dessert should be on your menu for special events. Try it!


  • 2 cups (tea) of chopped red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, etc.)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of whipped cream (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 pack of cookies
  • 50 grams of margarine
  • Berry Jelly (Optional)

Preparation mode

  1. Line the mold of your choice with plastic wrap, leaving a 5 cm border on the sides. Book and see mom tips below.
  2. Gelatin must be hydrated and dissolved according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the fruits, lemon juice, condensed milk, whipped cream and hydrated gelatin.
  4. Put the mixture in the prepared form.
  5. In the blender, grind the cookies and mix the margarine well, forming a wet farofa.
  6. Distribute it over the preparation, close with the rest of the plastic film and press lightly, so that the biscuit dough creates good adhesion with the cream.
  7. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  8. Develop before serving.
  9. Decorate with the jam.

Mother’s Tips

In the form of an English cake, the dessert will be taller and consequently more practical and beautiful.

You can use cornstarch biscuits or milk donuts.
