  • 1 kg of beef ribs in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 cups of dark beer
  • 1 beef broth cube
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pressure cooker, over high heat, heat the oil and brown the rib pieces.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium, add the garlic, onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the extract and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the beer, meat broth, bay leaves, pepper, salt and cover the pan.
  5. Cook for 50 minutes, after the pressure has started.
  6. Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
  7. Only open the pan after checking that there is no pressure.
  8. Open the pan and check if the meat has softened and the sauce has thickened.
  9. Transfer to a refractory.

Mom Tips

You can replace the ribs with chicken but the cooking time will be much shorter.

Serve with white rice and leafy salad.
