Sauteed Potatoes with Mini Onions


  • 700 grams of potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 grams of mini onions
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • White pepper to taste
  • Finely chopped parsley to taste
  • Chopped rosemary to taste (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook in water seasoned with salt.
  2. Drain and let cool.
  3. Remove the shell.
  4. Peel the spring onions and sauté them in olive oil.
  5. Add the potatoes and let them sauté a little more.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and rosemary.

Mom Tips

Yields 4 servings.

Freezing is not recommended.

For crispy sautéed potatoes: melt 50 grams of unsalted butter in a non-stick frying pan. join

the potatoes (already cooked) until they are crispy and golden. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with parsley and mix well.
