Recipes that can be made in a blender make our lives easier, more practical and less messy. Enjoy making it for a late afternoon snack!

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 8 dessert spoons (full) of powdered milk
  • 2 spoons (full) of fine salt
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon (full) of baking powder

Filling Ingredients

  • 2 peeled and seedless tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • ½ head of chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper
  • Chopped pitted olives, to taste
  • 1 broad of atum
  • 3 teaspoons of fine salt
  • ½ cup (tea) wheat flour

Filling preparation method

  1. In a large bowl, chop the filling ingredients.
  2. Season with salt and mix.
  3. Add the flour and mix well. Reserve.

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Prepare a mold of your choice or a rectangular shape measuring 27 cm x 40 cm, greasing and flouring it. Reserve.
  2. Reserve the yeast.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  4. In a blender, blend all the other ingredients.
  5. Pour into a bowl, add the filling.
  6. Mix to incorporate the ingredients well.
  7. Add the yeast and mix again.
  8. Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until golden.

Mom Tips

The amount of oil in ml is 125ml.

The amount of water in ml is 375ml.

Yield = 10 servings.
