Fried Sardines


  • Fresh sardines

  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the sardines.
  2. Open them in half and salt.
  3. Let it rest for 1 hour
  4. Remove excess salt, season now with pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Dip them in wheat flour.
  6. Fry in very hot oil.

Choose soybean, sunflower or canola oil for frying.

Always fry over medium heat. Low temperatures leave the snacks soggy and high temperatures leave them raw inside.
