Here, this risotto was very successful. Hope you like our suggestion.


  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium grated onion
  • 3 skinless and seedless chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup prepared tomato sauce
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 kg of medium shrimp
  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • grated parmesan cheese to taste
  • 1/2 cup (tea) crushed green smell
  • 500 grams of sanitized broccoli, cut into pieces and steamed.

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, heat the oil, sauté the onion, add the chopped tomato, tomato sauce, pepper, salt and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp, cook for another 5 minutes and add the cooked rice.
  3. Transfer to a refractory.
  4. Season the broccoli with lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Sprinkle the risotto with the parsley and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve then with the broccoli.

Mother’s Tips

Approximate yield of 6 servings.

The best way to consume broccoli is by steaming its leaves and stems for about 20 minutes or less to avoid loss of vitamin C.
