  • 1 cup whole milk (tea)
  • 1/2 spoon (coffee) of sugar
  • 1 ovo
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 5 tablespoons seasoned tomato sauce
  • lean ham to taste
  • mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Calabrian sausage to decorate
  • olive oil to taste
  • oregano to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In the blender, beat the milk, sugar, egg, salt, wheat flour and yeast.
  2. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Put half the dough and fry on both sides.
  5. Turn off the heat and spread half of the tomato sauce over the pasta.
  6. Distribute half of the ham, cheese, olive oil and oregano.
  7. Decorate with sausage slices.
  8. Cover the skillet and take it to the low fire until the cheese melts.
  9. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Serve hot.
