  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 cup (tea) oil
  • 2 cups (tea) of boiling water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Paper cupcake liners
  • Royal icing
  • American pasta
  • Gel dye in the colors sky blue, red and aqua green.
  • Edible ink pen in black color

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a mold suitable for cupcakes with the paper liners. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180ºC).
  3. Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a whitish cream.
  4. Without stopping beating, add the wheat flour, chocolate and water.
  5. Turn off the mixer, add the oil and, finally, quickly mix in the baking powder.
  6. Fill the paper molds with the dough, filling 1/3 of the cavity.
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  8. Remove and let cool.
  9. Cover the cupcake with fondant.
  10. Decorate with blue royal icing.
  11. Model the snowman with fondant.

Mom Tips

Just by looking at the photo, you will be able to model the snowman.

The body, head and hat are “glued” with royal icing.

You will use the edible ink pen to make the doll’s eyes.
