Ingredients
- 500 grams of spaghetti
- 2 liters of boiling water
- Salt to taste
- Oil to taste
Sauce Ingredients
- 200 ml of cream
- 50 grams of sanitized shiitake mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 grated onion
- 1 tablet of legume broth
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
How to prepare pasta
- Add the oil and salt to the boiling water and cook the spaghetti until “al dente”.
- Drain and place the pasta on a platter.
Sauce Preparation Method
- Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 35 minutes.
- Drain them, wash them again and cut them into thick slices.
- Fry the onion in margarine, add the mushrooms and sauté for approximately 3 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, mix the water, flour, vegetable broth, pepper and salt.
- Let it boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Add the cream and mushrooms, mix quickly and turn off the heat.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve immediately.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can replace the spaghetti with fettuccine.
