How about for lunch tomorrow, a very tasty plate of spaghetti?!


  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 2 liters of boiling water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to taste

Sauce Ingredients

  • 200 ml of cream
  • 50 grams of sanitized shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 tablet of legume broth
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare pasta

  1. Add the oil and salt to the boiling water and cook the spaghetti until “al dente”.
  2. Drain and place the pasta on a platter.

Sauce Preparation Method

  1. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 35 minutes.
  2. Drain them, wash them again and cut them into thick slices.
  3. Fry the onion in margarine, add the mushrooms and sauté for approximately 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, mix the water, flour, vegetable broth, pepper and salt.
  6. Let it boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  7. Add the cream and mushrooms, mix quickly and turn off the heat.
  8. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve immediately.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can replace the spaghetti with fettuccine.
