Why special? Because it is a much appreciated dessert and can very well be part of a special event and even the end of year celebrations.


  • 300 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of chopped bitter dark chocolate
  • 2 cans of whey-free cream
  • 1 clara is my name
  • Chantilly
  • Sanitized strawberries

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bain-marie or microwave, melt both types of chocolate.
  2. Add the cream and mix.
  3. Add the egg white and mix gently.
  4. Place in individual bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  6. Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.
  7. Serve.

Mom Tips

For decoration, you can replace the whipped cream and strawberries with chocolate shavings.

Tip: When the can of cream is resting, the whey remains at the bottom of the can. Turn the can over, pierce it in two places (two openings) and let the whey drain.
