Strawberry Beat


  • 1 cup strawberry pulp
  • 3 tablespoons of condensed milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of cachaça or
  • ½ cup (tea) of cachaça
  • ½ cup (tea) of water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend well.
  2. Serve with ice cubes or leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Pitanga beat


  • 1 and ½ dose of cachaça
  • 1 dose of cherry juice
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pitcher, place the cachaça, cherry juice and sugar.
  2. Add ice and stir well.
  3. Strain and serve in a pre-chilled shake glass.

Know that the word “pitanga” comes from the Tupi-Guarani, which means red.

Pitanga can be consumed natural, in juices, ice creams, jellies, wines, liqueurs, smoothies and sweets.
