AFollowing Buckingham Palace’s announcement that King Charles III will resume public activity, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak, reacted with favor to the statement.

Great news to end the week“, wrote the British ruler in a post on the social network X (formerly Twitter), welcoming the information provided by Buckingham Palace, this Friday, April 26th.

The United Kingdom’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, James Cleverly, also considered this to be “fantastic news”.

It should be noted that, this afternoon, it was announced that King Charles III will return to public activity, after having been away from the royal agenda for months due to cancer treatment.

“His Majesty the King will soon resume public duties following a period of treatment and recovery following his recent cancer diagnosis. To help mark this milestone, the King and Queen will make a joint visit to a cancer treatment center cancer next Tuesday, where they will meet specialist doctors and patients”, the statement read.
