  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 sachets of Sazón® meat broth
  • ½ teaspoon of Aji-Sal®
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pressure cooker, place the sweet potato, cover with water and season with Sazón® broth.
  2. Let it cook over high heat for approximately 10 minutes after it starts boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and wait for the pressure to come to an end.
  4. Transfer to the blender glass.
  5. Add the butter and Aji-Sal®.
  6. Beat for 1 minute or until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
