Do you like truffles? And truffle cake? Check out three very successful options!

Dough Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 excited
  • 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • ½ cup fresh grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of chemical baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 100 ml of water

Entering the Truffle

  • 650 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 50 ml cocoa liqueur
  • 1 can of whey-free cream

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a 26 cm diameter pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a mixer, with the exception of the yeast, beat all the other dough ingredients.
  4. Remove, add the yeast and stir with a wooden spoon.
  5. Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, mix in the cocoa liquor and cream. Reserve.
  7. Unmold the cake and cut it in half.
  8. Moisten the dough with the liquor mixed with water.
  9. Fill with half the truffle, place the other cake disc and cover with the rest of the truffle.
  10. Decorate the side of the cake with crushed walnuts and the top of the cake with truffles.
