DTwo men were injured after an attack with a bladed weapon in Rome, in Via Casilina, near the Torpignattara neighborhood, with one of the injured’s lives in danger, the public news agency ANSA reported this evening.
According to the agency, the attack took place outside a kebab restaurant in the Italian capital, and was carried out with a machete.
The seriously injured man underwent emergency surgery at a local hospital. The other victim is out of danger. Both injured people will be foreign nationals, ANSA said.
Authorities are investigating the incident and, so far, no arrests have been made, with the suspect still believed to be on the run.
