  • 1 can of cream without whey
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 box of vanilla pudding

Preparation Mode

  1. Provide a small central hole mold or individual molds.
  2. Moisten the mold with strawberry syrup. Reserve.
  3. Dissolve the pudding powder in the milk.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat to thicken.
  6. When it boils, leave it for another 3 minutes.
  7. Remove and place in mold or molds.
  8. Take it to freeze.
  9. Unmold, cover with syrup and serve.

Mom Tips

The whey from the cream is deposited at the bottom of the can. When the can of cream has been sitting for a while, just turn it upside down, make two holes and the whey will flow out.

You can use strawberry flavored ice cream syrup to cover the pudding. Sift the syrup. If you prefer, use your favorite syrup.
