“There is no doubt that it was an attack with political background,” added Kaliniak, who places the attack in the context of “an inability to accept the will of society.”

The perpetrator of the shooting against the Prime Minister of Slovakia is a 71-year-old man who was arrested by the Police at the scene of the attack, according to Slovak media.
