Ingredients
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 100 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of sliced ham
- 1 package of onion soup
- 4 chopped boiled eggs
- Green scent to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
Preparation mode
- With the onion soup, season the ground meat.
- Stretch this mixture into a rectangle.
- Cover the meat with the cheese and ham.
- Arrange the eggs on top and roll up like a roulade.
- Close the ends tightly so the filling doesn’t come out.
- Wrap the roulade with aluminum foil and bake at 180ºC (medium oven) for 45 minutes.
- Unwrap the meat, cut into thick slices and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Cover with tomato sauce and green chilli.
- Place in the oven again for another 5 minutes.
- Remove and serve.

Approximate yield of 6 servings.
If you prefer, swap the onion soup for seasonings of your choice.
