Ingredients

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 100 grams of sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams of sliced ​​ham
  • 1 package of onion soup
  • 4 chopped boiled eggs
  • Green scent to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste

Preparation mode

  1. With the onion soup, season the ground meat.
  2. Stretch this mixture into a rectangle.
  3. Cover the meat with the cheese and ham.
  4. Arrange the eggs on top and roll up like a roulade.
  5. Close the ends tightly so the filling doesn’t come out.
  6. Wrap the roulade with aluminum foil and bake at 180ºC (medium oven) for 45 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the meat, cut into thick slices and place in an ovenproof dish.
  8. Cover with tomato sauce and green chilli.
  9. Place in the oven again for another 5 minutes.
  10. Remove and serve.
