For the stuffing:

  • 400 g fresh spinach
  • ½ bunch of chives
  • 100 g of feta
  • 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 2 pinches of Espelette pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. to s. olive oil

For the braided tart:

  • 1 rectangular puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 130 g of mozzarella
  • 1 C. to c. black and golden sesame seeds
