  • 4 tablespoons unsalted margarine
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Chocolate drops (optional)
  • Supplyable paper cups for cupcakes

Coverage Ingredients (1st Option)

  • Chantilly
  • Silver confections
  • Sugar confections
  • American pasta

Coverage Ingredients (2nd Option)

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 small box of cream
  • 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of glucose
  • Chocolate confections to decorate

Dough Preparation Method

  1. In a mixer, beat the margarine with the sugar until you get a fluffy, whitish cream.
  2. Add the eggs one by one.
  3. Add the chocolate, wheat flour and milk.
  4. Lastly, add the yeast.
  5. With the dough, fill ¾ of the molds.
  6. If you prefer, put some chocolate drops on top of the dough.
  7. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes.

Preparation Method Coverage (2nd Option)

  1. In a pan, place the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes away from the sides of the pan.
  3. Remove and let cool.
  4. Place in a pastry bag fitted with a piping tip.
  5. Cover the cupcakes and decorate.

Mom Tips

Chocolate chips must be supplyable.

1st coverage option: cover the cupcakes with whipped cream and decorate with sugar sprinkles as shown in the photo. The shoes are modeled with fondant and decorated with silver sprinkles. These shoes are luxurious!
