Zucchini Chips


  • 1 sliced ​​zucchini
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Fine herbs to taste
  • 1 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 250ºC.
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
  3. Cut the zucchini into ½ cm slices.
  4. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese.
  5. In a bowl, mix the water, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and herbs.
  6. Dip the zucchini slices in this mixture.
  7. Then, coat in the flour and cheese mixture.
  8. Distribute side by side in the refractory.
  9. Place in the oven to bake until they are golden.

You can replace the fine herbs with black pepper or oregano.

Banana Chips


  • 4 plantains or dwarf bananas
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Butter for greasing

  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Slice the bananas into thin slices.

  7. Turn the bananas from time to time so they cook evenly.
