- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 2 cups (tea) cornstarch (cornstarch)

Sugar Syrup Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
Pineapple Syrup Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) pineapple juice
- 2 cups of mango (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- ½ cup clear raisins, seedless
How to Prepare Delicacy
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little of the soy drink.
- Place in a pan with the rest of the drink, coconut milk and sugar.
- Place over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Transfer the mixture to a wet mold with a hole in the middle and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the dish is firm enough to remove from the mold.
- Remove, unmold and cover with the chosen syrup.
How to prepare sugar syrup
- In a small pan, add the sugar, heat over low heat and let it brown, shaking the pan during the process.
- When the syrup is the color of guarana, carefully add the water little by little and keep it on low heat.
- Let it boil until the syrup is homogeneous.
- Remove and let cool before using.
How to prepare pineapple syrup
- Melt the sugar in a small pan over low heat until caramelized.
- Gradually add the pineapple juice.
- Keep on low heat, stirring well, for the caramel to dissolve.
- Add the mango, raisins and leave on fire for another 5 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and put it in the fridge.
