- 4 medium tomatoes cut into quarters
- 1 large onion cut into quarters
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- ½ cup basil leaves

- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In the food processor, place the basil, tomato puree and vinegar.
- Beat until well blended.

- Add the onion and tomatoes and turn the processor on/off several times until coarsely chopped.
- Season with pepper and salt.

Avocado and Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped avocado pulp
- 1 cup chopped mango pulp
- ½ cup red pepper, seedless, chopped
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients.
- Mix and season with salt.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
