Ingredients
- 4 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 liter of water
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup chopped green chilli
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- Breadcrumbs
Filling Ingredients
- 200 grams of grated cheese
- 100 grams of grated provolone cheese
- 100 grams of crushed gorgonzola cheese
- 200 grams (1 cup) cream cheese
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, heat the water, chicken broth, green chillies, butter and salt over medium heat until it boils.
- Add the flour all at once, stirring until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
- Place the dough on a dry surface and let it cool.
- Sove to mass and reserve.
How to Prepare Rissole
- In a bowl, mix the cheeses.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles.
- Stuff and seal by pressing the edges with your fingers.
- Dip the rissoles in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve.
