  • 4 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup chopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Breadcrumbs

Filling Ingredients

  • 200 grams of grated cheese
  • 100 grams of grated provolone cheese
  • 100 grams of crushed gorgonzola cheese
  • 200 grams (1 cup) cream cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, heat the water, chicken broth, green chillies, butter and salt over medium heat until it boils.
  2. Add the flour all at once, stirring until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place the dough on a dry surface and let it cool.
  4. Sove to mass and reserve.

How to Prepare Rissole

  1. In a bowl, mix the cheeses.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles.
  3. Stuff and seal by pressing the edges with your fingers.
  4. Dip the rissoles in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in hot oil.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
  7. Serve.
