It’s always a pleasure to make homemade cookies. Much healthier and tastier!
Ingredients
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 25 grams of softened butter
- ¾ cup (tea) of hot water
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation Mode
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar and salt.
- Mix well.
- Melt the butter in the water and add to the flour mixture.
- Work the dough quickly, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- After resting, preheat the oven to medium temperature, roll out the dough on a floured surface, making it very thin.
- Cut it into squares.
- Place the cookies on a greased and floured baking sheet.
- Bake until lightly golden.
Mom’s Tips
Before baking the cookies, you can, if you prefer, pierce them with the tips of a fork or make small, light cuts in the dough.
Yield will depend on the size you cut the cookies.
