Omelette doesn’t have to be the usual, common one. Try stuffing it! Yum!!
Ingredients
- 3 sausages, boiled and cut into slices
- 3 eggs
- Chopped green onions to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
Preparation Mode
- Beat the eggs well and season with salt and parsley.
- In a medium skillet, heat the oil and spread the egg mixture.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Gently turn over and brown the other side.
- Still in the frying pan, spread the cream cheese and sausage slices.
- Fold the omelet in half.
- Leave it on the heat for another 5 minutes and serve.
Mom’s Tips
If you prefer, replace the cream cheese with mozzarella cheese.
Yields 2 servings.
