Omelette doesn’t have to be the usual, common one. Try stuffing it! Yum!!


  • 3 sausages, boiled and cut into slices
  • 3 eggs
  • Chopped green onions to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. Beat the eggs well and season with salt and parsley.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat the oil and spread the egg mixture.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  4. Gently turn over and brown the other side.
  5. Still in the frying pan, spread the cream cheese and sausage slices.
  6. Fold the omelet in half.
  7. Leave it on the heat for another 5 minutes and serve.

Mom’s Tips

If you prefer, replace the cream cheese with mozzarella cheese.

Yields 2 servings.
