Ingredients
- 3 cups (tea) of hearts of palm
- ½ cup (tea) of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ cup (tea) of chopped parsley
- ½ sliced avocado
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

- ½ cup (tea) of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, mix the hearts of palm, tomato, parsley, pepper and salt.
- Add the avocado and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Sauce Preparation Method
