Delicacy Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 8 level spoons of cornstarch
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 grams of grated coconut
Syrup Ingredients
- 1 cup prunes (seedless)
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of water
Delicacy Preparation Mode
- Prepare a hole in the middle of 30 cm in diameter by moistening it with water and setting aside.
- In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk.
- Add condensed milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and sugar.
- Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Put the mixture in the form and let it cool.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Syrup Preparation Method
- In a pan, dissolve the sugar in the water.
- Add the plum and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Stir from time to time, until the plum softens and the syrup thickens slightly.
Assembly
- Run a blunt knife along the side of the mold and unmold the delicacy.
- Water with the syrup and decorate with plums.
- Serve.
