Delicacy Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 8 level spoons of cornstarch
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 grams of grated coconut

Syrup Ingredients

  • 1 cup prunes (seedless)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of water

Delicacy Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a hole in the middle of 30 cm in diameter by moistening it with water and setting aside.
  2. In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk.
  3. Add condensed milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and sugar.
  4. Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. Put the mixture in the form and let it cool.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. In a pan, dissolve the sugar in the water.
  2. Add the plum and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir from time to time, until the plum softens and the syrup thickens slightly.


  1. Run a blunt knife along the side of the mold and unmold the delicacy.
  2. Water with the syrup and decorate with plums.
  3. Serve.
