Ingredients
- 1 kg of crab meat
- 1 tablespoon of palm oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 seedless tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- ½ bunch of parsley and coriander
- Chopped chili pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 glass of coconut milk
Preparation Mode
- In a non-stick frying pan, add the oil and onion.
- Sauté well.
- Add the crab and continue sautéing.
- Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley, coriander, pepper, salt and coconut milk.
- Cover the frying pan and leave on low heat for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to a clay pot and serve immediately.
Mom Tips
The glass of coconut milk is 200 ml.
Serve the moqueca with white rice.
