  • 1 kg of crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon of palm oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 seedless tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 lemon juice
  • ½ bunch of parsley and coriander
  • Chopped chili pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 glass of coconut milk

Preparation Mode

  1. In a non-stick frying pan, add the oil and onion.
  2. Sauté well.
  3. Add the crab and continue sautéing.
  4. Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley, coriander, pepper, salt and coconut milk.
  5. Cover the frying pan and leave on low heat for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Transfer to a clay pot and serve immediately.

Mom Tips

The glass of coconut milk is 200 ml.

Serve the moqueca with white rice.
