Ingredients
- 2 boxes of unflavored gelatin powder
- ¼ cup (tea) of water
- 1 can of cream with whey
- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 4 excited
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
Preparation Mode
- In a small pan, place the gelatin in the water and heat over low heat until dissolved. Do not let it boil.
- Add the cream, coffee and milk, stirring, without letting it boil.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg yolks until thick.
- Add half the sugar and continue beating.
- Add the beaten egg yolks to the milk mixture, mix well and let it cool.
- Distribute the mousse into individual glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Beat the egg whites, add the rest of the sugar, mixing well.
- Decorate the cups with this cream.
Mom Tips
For those who make mousse in molds and prefer to unmold them: take the molds out of the refrigerator and wrap them for a few moments in a cloth dampened with hot water. Unmold.
