Do you want an easy and quick coffee dessert to make? Try this light, airy dessert that is much loved by everyone.


  • 2 boxes of unflavored gelatin powder
  • ¼ cup (tea) of water
  • 1 can of cream with whey
  • 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 4 excited
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

Preparation Mode

  1. In a small pan, place the gelatin in the water and heat over low heat until dissolved. Do not let it boil.
  2. Add the cream, coffee and milk, stirring, without letting it boil.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the egg yolks until thick.
  4. Add half the sugar and continue beating.
  5. Add the beaten egg yolks to the milk mixture, mix well and let it cool.
  6. Distribute the mousse into individual glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Beat the egg whites, add the rest of the sugar, mixing well.
  8. Decorate the cups with this cream.

Mom Tips

For those who make mousse in molds and prefer to unmold them: take the molds out of the refrigerator and wrap them for a few moments in a cloth dampened with hot water. Unmold.
