Pickled eggs are very popular especially among men. How about always having them in your fridge? Delicious and excellent as an aperitif or even to enhance and decorate salads.
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 boiled eggs
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 cup (tea) apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 level tablespoon of salt
- 1 clove of garlic, lightly crushed, unpeeled
- 1 small sprig of parsley or rosemary
- 5 black peppercorns
- 1 clove
- Properly sterilized pots
Preparation Mode
- In a small saucepan, over low heat, bring the water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil.
- Remove and let cool.
- Distribute the boiled eggs in a large pot or small pots.
- Add the other ingredients.
- The eggs must be completely covered.
- Refrigerate.
- Let it taste for 48 hours.
Mom Tips
In item 1 of the preparation method, boil just enough to dissolve the sugar.
