Pickled eggs are very popular especially among men. How about always having them in your fridge? Delicious and excellent as an aperitif or even to enhance and decorate salads.


  • 6 to 8 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 cup (tea) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 level tablespoon of salt
  • 1 clove of garlic, lightly crushed, unpeeled
  • 1 small sprig of parsley or rosemary
  • 5 black peppercorns
  • 1 clove
  • Properly sterilized pots

Preparation Mode

  1. In a small saucepan, over low heat, bring the water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil.
  2. Remove and let cool.
  3. Distribute the boiled eggs in a large pot or small pots.
  4. Add the other ingredients.
  5. The eggs must be completely covered.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Let it taste for 48 hours.

Mom Tips

In item 1 of the preparation method, boil just enough to dissolve the sugar.
