This simple bread is already delicious, imagine stuffed! Hmm… very good!
Ingredients
- 3 tablets of fresh organic yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 cups (tea) of warm water
- 1 cup (tea) oil
- ½ kg boiled and juiced potatoes
- 2 excited
- 1 kg of wheat flour
- 1 box of Catupiry® type cream cheese
- 1 beaten egg (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Prepare a large baking tray by greasing and flouring it.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a large bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and salt well until you obtain a liquid.
- Add the water, oil, potatoes and egg yolks.
- Add the flour little by little, kneading until it no longer sticks to your hands.
- Beat the dough on the table several times until it is very soft.
- Make balls and let them rise for 20 minutes.
- Open each ball, place a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center and roll again.
- Place it on the baking tray and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
- Brush the buns with the beaten egg and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove and serve.

3 yeast tablets = 45 grams.
In good supermarkets you will find a box of Catupiry® type cream cheese.
