This simple bread is already delicious, imagine stuffed! Hmm… very good!


  • 3 tablets of fresh organic yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 cups (tea) of warm water
  • 1 cup (tea) oil
  • ½ kg boiled and juiced potatoes
  • 2 excited
  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 1 box of Catupiry® type cream cheese
  • 1 beaten egg (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a large baking tray by greasing and flouring it.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and salt well until you obtain a liquid.
  4. Add the water, oil, potatoes and egg yolks.
  5. Add the flour little by little, kneading until it no longer sticks to your hands.
  6. Beat the dough on the table several times until it is very soft.
  7. Make balls and let them rise for 20 minutes.
  8. Open each ball, place a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center and roll again.
  9. Place it on the baking tray and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  10. Brush the buns with the beaten egg and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
  11. Remove and serve.

Mom Tips

3 yeast tablets = 45 grams.

In good supermarkets you will find a box of Catupiry® type cream cheese.
