Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower, separated into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup whole almonds
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ sliced onion
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation Mode
- Steam the cauliflower until it is al dente, without falling apart. Reserve.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the almond slices.
- On a platter, distribute the cauliflower.
- Decorate with the onion and whole sliced almonds.
- Season with salt.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
