Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 2/3 cup (tea) whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons crushed fresh sage
- ¾ cup of warm milk
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablet of fresh yeast for bread
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, sift both types of flour, salt and mix well. Reserve.
- Mix the yeast with the milk until it dissolves well.
- To the dry ingredients, add the sage and milk with yeast.
- Knead until you get a soft dough.
- Let it rest for 1 hour covered with a kitchen towel.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Make a ball with the dough, shape the bread and place it in a lightly greased pan.
- Using a knife, make slight cuts on the surface of the dough.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until well risen and golden.

Sage resembles herbs such as basil, rosemary, thyme and others.
