Easy, blender cake and it’s a diet cake! It’s all good and healthy!
Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled and seeded, chopped
- 1 pot of low-fat natural yogurt
- ½ cup (tea) oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup of sweetener for culinary use
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Grease a baking tray and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a blender, blend the first four ingredients.
- Place the mixture in a bowl and gradually add the other ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
- Place the dough in the pan.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry.
Mom Tips
The actual amount of yogurt is 170 grams.
Approximate yield of 12 servings.
