Easy, blender cake and it’s a diet cake! It’s all good and healthy!


  • 2 apples, peeled and seeded, chopped
  • 1 pot of low-fat natural yogurt
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of sweetener for culinary use
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tray and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. In a blender, blend the first four ingredients.
  4. Place the mixture in a bowl and gradually add the other ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Place the dough in the pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry.

Mom Tips

The actual amount of yogurt is 170 grams.
