Ingredients
- 200 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 excited
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- Walnut ice cream to accompany
Preparation Mode
- Grease with butter and flour your favorite molds. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate with the butter and set aside.
- Using a mixer, beat the eggs, yolks and sugar until you get a clear mixture.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour, walnuts and mix gently with a whisk.
- Distribute the dough into the molds.
- Place in the oven to bake for approximately 8 minutes or until the dumplings rise and have a crispy crust, but soft inside.
- Unmold while still hot, directly onto the serving plate.
- Serve with walnut ice cream.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, flour the molds with cocoa powder or chocolate powder.
