Prepare for compliments when you serve this elegant dessert at a special dinner party.


  • 200 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 excited
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • Walnut ice cream to accompany

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease with butter and flour your favorite molds. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  3. In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate with the butter and set aside.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the eggs, yolks and sugar until you get a clear mixture.
  5. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
  6. Add the wheat flour, walnuts and mix gently with a whisk.
  7. Distribute the dough into the molds.
  8. Place in the oven to bake for approximately 8 minutes or until the dumplings rise and have a crispy crust, but soft inside.
  9. Unmold while still hot, directly onto the serving plate.
  10. Serve with walnut ice cream.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, flour the molds with cocoa powder or chocolate powder.
