Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini cut into cubes
- 2 cups (tea) cream cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 2 liters of water
- Salt to taste
- Margarine
Preparation Mode
- Grease a medium baking dish with margarine. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, cook the zucchini with the water, chicken broth and salt for 8 minutes after the pressure cooker has started.
- Turn off the heat, remove the pressure and drain the water.
- Place the cooked zucchini in the ovenproof dish, cover with the cream cheese and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and serve.
Mom Tips
Between the zucchini and the cream cheese, you can add leftover cooked meat. Just shred the meat and use it.
