  • 2 large zucchini cut into cubes
  • 2 cups (tea) cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 2 liters of water
  • Salt to taste
  • Margarine

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a medium baking dish with margarine. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, cook the zucchini with the water, chicken broth and salt for 8 minutes after the pressure cooker has started.
  4. Turn off the heat, remove the pressure and drain the water.
  5. Place the cooked zucchini in the ovenproof dish, cover with the cream cheese and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Remove from oven and serve.

Mom Tips

Between the zucchini and the cream cheese, you can add leftover cooked meat. Just shred the meat and use it.
